Raul Garcia

Vice Chair

Raul Garcia is a native El Pasoan who taught elementary school in El Paso for five years. After pivoting to law school in California, he started his legal career in New York City but happily returned home in 2020 where he continues to practice corporate law as an in-house attorney for a company. He is the proud father of two French bulldogs alongside his partner. Raul has been on the board of Border AIDS Partnership since 2024.
