Floyd Johnson

Floyd Johnson is a professional Civil and Environmental Engineer and is licensed in Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. Born in Parral, Chihuahua, México, but reared in El Paso, Texas, Floyd continues to draw inspiration from the bicultural, binational complexities of the borderplex. Floyd is also an artist and has exhibited his paintings at numerous events since 2000. He has served Border AIDS Partnership since 2008 in various capacities, including President and Chair of the Board, and is currently serving as Secretary.
