Andy Atkinson

Andy Atkinson serves as Senior Vice President of Payment & Digital Strategy at FirstLight FCU. He provides enterprise leadership over the organization’s payment and digital banking vision. In this role, he is responsible for defining and executing the strategy for card services, ACH, wires, digital wallets, person‑to‑person payments, bill pay, and emerging payment technologies, overseeing digital banking delivery and innovation. Andy also has purview over the Interactive Teller Machines and ATM fleet. Andy partners closely with executive leadership and the board to drive strategic transformation, strengthen member experience, manage risk, and ensure payment and digital initiatives contribute to sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long‑term organizational success.

Andy is married to Marc and they enjoy traveling when there is spare time.
